  • We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

  • We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

  • We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

  • Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

  • You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Terms & Conditions

Please arrive on time: Your face is too important to rush with, so it is our policy not-to proceed with a treatment if there is not enough time for us to ensure perfection. We kindly request that you arrive on-time to avoid any inconvenience of having to reschedule you. Please peruse the below Terms regarding late cancellations and rescheduling.

Refunds

We do not offer partial or full refunds for any treatment services at Jeneration Ink.

Consultations are 15 mins long and complimentary. We also consult at the beginning of your procedure.

Cancellations

Tattooing is a time sensitive service, upon booking your appointment we reserve a designated amount of time specifically for you. Booking deposits are required to secure your appointments & are non-refundable.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we require 72 hours notice prior to the start of your appointment time, in order for us to fill this time with another client. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72hrs notice, you will lose your deposit. In the event you do not show to your appointment, the no-show/no notice fee is 100% of the missed appointment and is required to be processed prior to any future appointments. 

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will only be transferred if we have the required amount of notice. Less than 72 (business hours) notice to reschedule your appointment will result in losing your deposit and a new deposit will need to be made upon rescheduling.

Touch ups

Colour refresh treatment prices are for existing clients only.

Your tattoo will be healed at 6 weeks. This is the optimal time to schedule your touch up. If you choose to go darker or thicker or make any amendments to your tattoo, these need to be performed at 6 weeks and not later than 12 weeks. We understand life happens and many clients travel to us so we allow for this extension. After 12 weeks and up to 6 months, an additional fee of $150 will be charged due to the extra work needed. Clients may only reschedule appointments twice within the 12 week period. Deposits will be forfeited if touch up terms are not adhered to. We thank you for your understanding.
