Is Jeneration Ink registered to perform this service?

The Cairns City Council lay down very strict guidelines for companies wishing to offer Personal Appearance Services, regulated under the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services) Act 2012. All employees of Jeneration Ink fully comply with these regulations and are licensed by Council to perform Personal Appearance Services (Higher Risk). A copy of our personal practitioners license is displayed on our premises at all times. All equipment used for providing tattoo procedures is pre-packaged, sterilised, single use and disposable.

Will my treatment be confidential?

Absolutely. A number of our clients seek to maintain complete discretion when it comes to their treatment, and we guarantee that their personal details or treatment photos will not be disclosed to third parties or published on our website or appear in any of our advertising material without prior written consent.

Is the aftercare extensive immediately following the procedure?

No. The aftercare is straight forward, and a full post treatment plan will be provided for you upon completion of your first treatment.
